Personal Goal Setting

Personal Goal Setting
Find Direction. Live Your Life Your Way.
Goal setting is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating yourself to turn this vision of the future into reality.
The process of setting goals helps you choose where you want to go in life. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your efforts. You'll also quickly spot the distractions that would otherwise lure you from your course.

More than this, properly-set goals can be incredibly motivating, and as you get into the habit of setting and achieving goals, you'll find that your self-confidence builds fast.
Achieving More With Focus
Goal setting techniques are used by top-level athletes, successful business-people and achievers in all fields. They give you long-term vision and short-term motivation. They focus your acquisition of knowledge and help you to organize your time and your resources so that you can make the very most of your life.By setting sharp, clearly defined goals, you can measure and take pride in the achievement of those goals. You can see forward progress in what might previously have seemed a long pointless grind. By setting goals, you will also raise your self-confidence, as you recognize your ability and competence in achieving the goals that you have set.
Starting to Set Personal Goals
Goals are set on a number of different levels: First you create your "big picture" of what you want to do with your life, and decide what large-scale goals you want to achieve. Second, you break these down into the smaller and smaller targets that you must hit so that you reach your lifetime goals. Finally, once you have your plan, you start working to achieve it.We start this process with your Lifetime Goals, and work down to the things you can do today to start moving towards them

Your Lifetime Goals
The first step in setting personal goals is to consider what you want to achieve in your lifetime (or by a time at least, say, 10 years in the future) as setting Lifetime Goals gives you the overall perspective that shapes all other aspects of your decision making. To give a broad, balanced coverage of all important areas in your life, try to set goals in some of these categories (or in categories of your own, where these are important to you):

Artistic:Do you want to achieve any artistic goals? If so, what?
Attitude:Is any part of your mindset holding you back? Is there any part of the way that you behave that upsets you? If so, set a goal to improve your behavior or find a solution to the problem.

Career:What level do you want to reach in your career?

Education:Is there any knowledge you want to acquire in particular? What information and skills will you need to achieve other goals?

Family:Do you want to be a parent? If so, how are you going to be a good parent?

Financial:How much do you want to earn by what stage?

Physical:Are there any athletic goals you want to achieve, or do you want good health deep into old age? What steps are you going to take to achieve this?

Pleasure:How do you want to enjoy yourself? - You should ensure that some of your life is for you!

Public Service:Do you want to make the world a better place? If so, how?

Spend some time brainstorming these, and then select one goal in each category that best reflects what you want to do. Then consider trimming again so that you have a small number of really significant goals on which you can focus. As you do this, make sure that the goals that you have set are ones that you genuinely want to achieve, not ones that your parents, family, or employers might want (if you have a partner, you probably want to consider what he or she wants, however make sure you also remain true to yourself!)

Starting to Achieve Your Lifetime Goals
Once you have set your lifetime goals, set a 25 year plan of smaller goals that you should complete if you are to reach your lifetime plan. Then set a 5 year plan, 1 year plan, 6 month plan, and 1 month plan of progressively smaller goals that you should reach to achieve your lifetime goals. Each of these should be based on the previous plan. Then create a daily to-do list of things that you should do today to work towards your lifetime goals. At an early stage these goals may be to read books and gather information on the achievement of your goals. This will help you to improve the quality and realism of your goal setting. Finally review your plans, and make sure that they fit the way in which you want to live your life.

Staying on Course
Once you have decided your first set of plans, keep the process going by reviewing and updating your to-do list on a daily basis. Periodically review the longer term plans, and modify them to reflect your changing priorities and experience.

Goal Setting Tips
The following broad guidelines will help you to set effective goals:
State each goal as a positive statement: Express your goals positively – 'Execute this technique well' is a much better goal than 'Don't make this stupid mistake.'

Be precise: Set a precise goal, putting in dates, times and amounts so that you can measure achievement. If you do this, you will know exactly when you have achieved the goal, and can take complete satisfaction from having achieved it.

Set priorities: When you have several goals, give each a priority. This helps you to avoid feeling overwhelmed by too many goals, and helps to direct your attention to the most important ones.

Write goals down: This crystallizes them and gives them more force.
Keep operational goals small: Keep the low-level goals you are working towards small and achievable. If a goal is too large, then it can seem that you are not making progress towards it. Keeping goals small and incremental gives more opportunities for reward. Derive today's goals from larger ones.

Set performance goals, not outcome goals: You should take care to set goals over which you have as much control as possible. There is nothing more dispiriting than failing to achieve a personal goal for reasons beyond your control. In business, these could be bad business environments or unexpected effects of government policy. In sport, for example, these reasons could include poor judging, bad weather, injury, or just plain bad luck. If you base your goals on personal performance, then you can keep control over the achievement of your goals and draw satisfaction from them.

Set realistic goals: It is important to set goals that you can achieve. All sorts of people (employers, parents, media, society) can set unrealistic goals for you. They will often do this in ignorance of your own desires and ambitions. Alternatively you may set goals that are too high, because you may not appreciate either the obstacles in the way or understand quite how much skill you need to develop to achieve a particular level of performance.

The Key to Mind power

Desire is the Key to Mind Power
Desire is a very strong Key towards your mind power.
You must not only know “what you want”, but you must also “want it hard enough” and be willing to make an effort towards attaining it…

And in order to do this you simply need to create a strong and Intense desire towards whatever it is you want to accomplish or attain.

You need to develop a desire so strong it will cause you to use every ounce of your power and energy, toward the accomplishment of your object or goal.

Desire is said to be like a goal-striving energy, a sort of built-in magnet which has the means to pull whatever is needed to you…

Now this can work two ways for you, both as a “success magnet” or a “failure magnet,” it all depends on how you, the controller, controls it and also the goals you set for it.

Very few people know how to create and hold a strong dedicated desire, they satisfy themselves with simply “wishing” or even a mild “wanting”, and fail to put into action a strong, intense and continuing desire.

If you take a look at the progress of any person, who has accomplished both famous and wonderful things you will find there was, and is a strong and continuing desire for success, within them all…

You see most of the time, people who are successful - only become successful at what they do after trying many, many times and after never giving up!

All great people have the 3 Keys…
1. Know just what they want = (Belief, Enthusiasm )
2. Want it hard enough = ( Desire )
3. Are determined to get it = ( Will )
It is these 3 things only, which separate the men and women who have a strong sense of purpose, determination and desire, from the rest of us who merely “wish for things”

A strong desire can have a tremendous influence on all of your mental faculties, causing them to put all of their power and energies to work for you.

In fact, without desire you would not do much thinking at all, because there would be very little motive to do so... you would also perform no actions, as there would be no reason for such.
Desire is the “mover of action” - both mental as well as physical action.

The strength of your work, whether it is mental or physical, will be determined by the amount of desire that you have for the goal, object or end result of such work.

The more you desire a thing… the more you want something, the harder you will work for it, and the easier this work will seem to you.

You see any task you perform under the influence or incentive of a strong desire will seem much easier - than the very same task performed without such influence, incentive or encouragement.
Desire and affection are the two main reasons we are influenced or compelled to “do things”
If our desire or affection was somehow absent or missing, then there would be no action - because there would be no motive, reason or cause for such action or to do anything…
So most of the time we act solely because we “want” or “like” to.

Without desire or affection we would be unable to make any choices or decisions - this means we would perform no actions.
Now we see that desire is the motive-power behind action.

Take away this motive-power and there will be no activity or movement. Without this “want” and “want to” there would be no “will to do” and this would lead to “not doing” anything.
Everything we do is prompted by desire in some shape or form. It would be impossible for us to remain without desire, and still act in one way or another - or in any way at all.

Desire is the motive-power behind all action; it is the breathing force behind all natural activities, processes and events.
We can easily learn how to become masters of our own desire, instead of being mastered by it...
But before we do so, we must first desire to do so – we must desire to start, desire to achieve, and desire to finish what ever it is we want to accomplish in our life

A Guide to personnal Development Techniques

A Guide To Personal Development Techniques!

An ordered life is one of the most assured methods of self-improvement. The saying “tidy desk - tidy mind” is also certainly true but only a small part of it. It is important that you order your life in such a manner that allows you to do everything you need to, when you need to do it. You should also be able to effectively ensure that you become happier and more content as well as progress with your career, make new friends and anything else you want in life.

While work is important, you should always make time to spend with your family and a little personal time. This personal time could be an excellent opportunity to take up a physical hobby. Exercising helps to clear the mind and produce chemicals in your body that are essential and often lacking. Modern living involves greater working hours and less personal time. Inevitably this has led to less interactivity.

Always set goals for yourself to aid in your progress. Increasing the amount of exercise you do will only usually be beneficial or successful if you have a reason to do it. If you simply want to get fitter and stay healthy then set yourself an achievement. If you currently walk 1 mile a day then aim to walk 5 miles a day. When you are walking 5 miles a day, consider if there is any way you can improve this further.

Time with your family and friends is also essential. We are social animals by nature and so human interaction is not only natural but it is healthy and pleasurable. Taking up a sport with a friend or group of friends would combine exercise with interaction and be perfect. Your friends may turn out to be the extra motivation you require in the event of difficult times.
Start now and you are not late

SUCCESS DOOR KEY

SUCCESS DOOR KEYS

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”
Eleanor Roosevelt

“You will draw to your self that which you most persistently think about”
- Robert Anthony

“Achievement is a result of controlling the mind”
- Napoleon Hill

CREATE A NEW ENVIRONMENT TO SUCCEED
Move away from the crowd at the bottom. There are many unsuccessful, mediocre people who have failed to recognize their potential and then try to act; unlock them for their better. You can not keep to associating with them, or you won’t get to the climax of your success journey. You must get away from these mediocre so as to create an environment to succeed.

Here is a secret for you to think about, I believe it was Napoleon Hill who said it: “The ladder of success is never crowded at the top.” You future stretches infront of you like a broad way, put the left left leg forward and with determination include the other, believe me you have immediately started something.

To be successful much is expected from you. Do not wait until all conditions are right to become a success. Believe that you always posses the full potentials, the understanding, courage and self-confidence to take action that will sprout into success.

Anything you want to do you can, anything you want to become you can, and anything you desire can be yours if only you are willing to do what is required of you.

There are principles which must be adhered to before one is meant to succeed, they are:

I. ONE’S MIND-SET
“The mind is a wonderful thing it start working the minutes you are born and never stops until you get up to speak in the public”
-John Mason Brown

“You must be willing to go where you have never been, to create something you have never had”
- Mike Murdock

You have a mission that no one else has in the whole of creation. You are different and don’t be afraid to be different

The important is this: to be able to sacrifice what we are for what we want to become
-Charles D.

Before you would become successful you must develop a success mind-set. Making up one’s mind to get the best is better than thinking of getting anything because anything is equal to nothing.

All human being are controlled by what they believe. Based on quantum biology which illustrate that our neurology is driven by our dominant thoughts. So our belief whether true or false, structure us in a way that shapes the very anatomy and physiology of our nervous system, the brain which is a part of the nervous system keeps reinforcing what we believe to determine our level of success.

II. YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM
You may have a thought that tell you that you cannot be successful, it may be because of what you see around you now. You cannot take action because of some reason you conjured up in your mind, if may be that you believe that you are too young to start, too old, uneducated or whatever.

Two students gain admission into college to study a certain course one study while the other merely read After the first semester examination, and them asked the other,” what do you want from the examination?” the other quickly reply, “just a certificate that bears the college name,” the other was astonished at his friend answer. The answer to the question on the dialogue above is would not be an option for you, if you really want to be successful.

It is only your belief, that affect your performance in that field you are into now, therefore you can freely, willingly and easily change your belief.

Your mind is an awesome machine whatever you program it to do, it will accomplish, it receive and transmit every thought input to effect our life positively or negatively. Set your mind to do something and it will figure out for you a better way to accomplishment.

III. DETERMINATION
"Determine to rise again because condemning yourself after a failure is double failure and it is a mile to your grave"
-OMBP
courage is something you can never lose. Because courage is something you can always choose, nothing is impossible

“There is no more important component of character than steadfast resolution. The boy who is going to make a great man or is going to count in any way in life must make up in his mind not merely to overcome thousand obstacles but to win in spite of a thousand repulses and defeats”
- Theodore Roosevelt

“Keep your head and heart going in the right direction and you won’t have to worry about your feet”
- John Mason

“Great people are ordinary people with extraordinary amounts of determination”
-Roberth H. Schuller

Determination is the ability to make up one’s mind to complete a task which you must do, that is not abandoning it half way. Now that you have acknowledged and develop a success mindset, see to it as a task to complete that course you have put in for ant not just completing it but rather bringing it to a worthy completion, A real mind-set to a course makes you an extra ordinary person, and extra ordinary people do extra ordinary things.

Determination is that attitude which anchored you to keep going even when everything around is waxing and wane. Determination is the one trait that virtually all-successful people must have in common. It is the sustained effort you must acquire to induce faith in your own ability to get something to completion. There is need for determination in life because it is the key to every success. Adventure becomes a fruitful adventure only when it is back up with determination.

Hey, you want to take up that task right, it normal you want to; even if even other has ventured and fail, do not let that derail you. Determination is the expression of your WILL to win, to overcome, to survive, to complete whatever you set out to do.
When the going get tough, the tough get going
"The block of granite which was an obstacle in the pathway of the weak is a stepping stone in the pathway of the strong
-Thomas Carlisle

“One of the powerful tools in the achievement tool kit is the combination of commitment with action”
-Charles Spurgeon

“Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it, boldness has genius, power and magic in it”
- Goethe

The world has passed the stage of chances and forces to shape man’s destiny. Knowledge has widen and man now has realized the inbuilt power it posses which when deliberately activated can create anything he can imagine.

Remember no one else can think and feel for you. Only YOU can do it for yourself. Take it up now. It was Roberth H. Schuller who said, (1) “When face with a mountain, I will not quite, I will keep on striving until I chains over, find a pass through, tunnel underneath or simple stay and turn the mountain into a gold mine with God’s help”, (2) “There will never be another now, I will make the most of today. There will never be another me I ‘ll make the most of myself”.

Do not give up
Do not let go
Do not quit

“Every adversity carries with it, the seed of an equivalent benefit”. Assist yourself to be successful in life.
DO IT!
DO IT NOW!!
NOW!!!

SURE WAY TO CULTIVATING A BURNING DESIRE

SURE WAYS TO DEVELOPING A BURNING DESIRE

"You can be anything you want to be, having anything… you desire, accomplishing you set out to accomplish… If you will hold to that desire with singleness of purpose"
- Robert Collier

"anybody can wish for riches and most people do, but only few know that a definite plan, plus a burning desire for wealth, are the only dependable means of accumulating wealth"
- Napolean Hill

"Do’t be afraid to aim high when choosing you life’s goals for no matter how high you aim, your achievement may fell below it"
- C. Hrold Keown

Desire is the starting point of the achievers. In his all motivational book, Napoleon hill told the story of Edwin C. Barnes. A remarkable definite desire, a chance to proof his life long consuming obsession was all that crowded him as he climb down from the freight train in orange, N.J A burring desire to become the business associate of the great inventor. A few year later, Edwin C Barnes desires; this time has been translated into reality. Being in business with Edison.
Edwin C. Barnes succeeded because he choose a definite goal, then back it up will all his energy, all his will power, all his effort, everything in his deposit. How committed are you to achieving thou goals you have set (You have set goals, haven’t you?

Once that burning desire is there, the obsession to achieve your set goal, you will have no difficult in convincing yourself that you will succeed.

Here are steps to developing a burning desire
In your search to developing a burning desire to meet your goals, do not look for miracle because you will not find it. You will find this, the good news by Robert H. Schuller: " Today’s decision are tomorrow realities," and that of Aristotle: "We are what we repeatedly do; excellence then is not an act but a habit."
When you are truly 100% committee to reaching your goals, you move from hoping to understanding. If you desire something badly, I am sure nothing will stop you. You won’t be like Mr. Darby. Mr darby, during the gold boom, went west to dig for gold to grow rich. He set to work and after weeks of hard labour, he discovered a shining ore, but it cannot be moved to the surface with a bare hand, a machinery, he covered up the mine and went home, told few relatives of his findings, quickly, they make up money for the machinery and went back to work.
The first, second, third and few cars were shipped to a smelter, this will clear the debts back home and their next will make them rich.
The unfortunate happened, down went the drills and the hope of Mr. Darby and his uncle were dash to pieces. No only that, the vein of the gold or also disappeared, they drill on to meet a track but all to no avail.
Finally, they decided to quit.
They sold the machinery to a junk man and went home, the junk man make some suggestions on the mine.
At last, everything done-following the engineer’s calculations, the veins were found just three feet from where the Darbys had stooped drilling!
Although the Darbys later discover new business that fulfilled his riches desire, he has quit on his first opportunity to be successful.

Before success comes in any man’s life, he is sure to meet with much obstacle along the way. It may demand you shorten your pleasure times and work for extra hours, it may demand you have to give up something which you love or demand that you change your present place4 of abode or the friends you hang out with. You may have tom face rejection, discourage from loved ones. Do not procrastinate.

So how do you cultivate a burning desire?
You begin by creating the right approach.
You have a brain and mind of your own use it, to move to a State of total commitment.
Use wisely your power of choice.

Here are step you can take to cultivate a burning desire to achieve any good you set for yourself.
1. Cut An sources Of Retreat
A story was told of a great warrior faced with a great war, He was about to send his armies against a powerful foe whose numbered outnumbered his, they sailed to the enemy’s country, and immediately on reaching the shore and every put to ground, he gave order to burn the ships that had brought them to this base, than he addressed his men, "you see the boats is going up in smoke. That means two things; we live this shore alive and victorious or we loose and perish.
They won.
Because they cut all strings of yesterday and face today’s now squarely. The world is fast changing and as a part, we must progress with the changing world.

The race of life does not augur well with those who keeps their eyes on their back. No one can ever run fast with his eyes on his back, he will stumble and fall. If your goal are really important to go, thou you must cut off all chances of retreat, such that you have no choice but to hang on. For instance, you develop a desire that you wanted to set your own business, you can begin by making the commitment, that is quitting your present job, write a resigriation Letter and mail to your boss, then give if a trusted friend to mail if on a certain date. "The mind is a strange machine which can combine the materials offered to it in the most astonishing way", (Bertrand Russell). Perhaps you are wondering how so many people came to know of these natural laws of success. Do not allow the pleasures of the attitude you have acquired, someone might say, " I would like to have a million dollars, but you don’t except me to give up watching Monday night Opera on Television to get it, do you?." I don’t expect you to give up anything that is important to you, because I believe that you have attain your goal, but if you haven’t than must be truly committed to cutting all sources of retreat to attain that goal you desire for.
2. LEARN FROM SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE
No individual has sufficient experience, education and knowledge to unsure success, without the cooperation of often people. The great scientist Isaac Newton wrote. That if he had been able to see further into the law of nature than others, it was " by standing upon the shoulders of giants" there must be some people who had come long way in that your chosen area of desire, and who has gone through many troubles before they achieve a balance life check:
a. What had help then, to sail through
b. How they did it.
c. who they hang out with.
d. Let them tell you the troubles they encounter in their quest to have what they want.
e. Also read biographies, and inspiring stories of this successful peoples.

This will boost your ettusiasin, enspire a strong-faith and increase your belief system. If it has worked for them chances are there it can help you too.
2. CREATE YOUR MOLTIVATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The environment is the place you live, study, work, hang out etc, you must look as your environment looks. If its clean person as well automatically be a clean person as well or visvisa. In the case of this topic, we would assume your environment to be that which you want to become, lets say one of your important goals is to become a pastor. Collect a picture of your favored Pastor, speaking to the congregation from a pulpit. Then assume yourself to be that Pastor or more practically cut a picture of only a large audience, then make your own picture speaking, affix the two pictures together, duplicate them and paste were you will always see them. Change your screen saver to a text that says something about your goal, affix a little to your name-Rev,Dr, Engr. you will immediately notice something happening to you. Your coworkers will assume you crazy, don’t worry, Sooner they ‘ll see you riding on the top.

4. EMPOWER YOUR MIND WITH INFORMATION
The words of Ogboru Agatha say " what is life if you were asked? Life is about learning aspiration, determination and focus. He who learns tives twice the one who never learns any, the measure of life is not the years alone but the knowledge that goes with the years.

HOW TO BE MORE COURAGEOUS

HOW TO BECOME MORE COURAGEOUS

A. Raise your consciousness.

"Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere
ignorance and conscientious stupidity".
-Martin Luther King (Jr)

"Achievement is a result of controlling the min"
-Napoleon hill

"The important is this; to be able at any moment to sacrifice
what we are for what we could become"
-Charles D.

This is a great place to start with Raise your conscience; it is all a practical approach to living a balanced life.

Step 1:
Listen to that inner voice and, and write down all it is telling you; write even the most stupidity and hardest of what you hear. This voice may tell you: that you are living a borrowed life, that you can’t set up your own business, because you probably think you must fail and that’s why you still stick to that unsatisfactory job. It may tell you that where you are now and the friends you constantly hang on with are decreasing you and that you must build new ones that will increase you. It may tell you that you are wasting your talent at you present job and that you need to explore. It may tell you that you always wanted to help people, but you are not doing so now, because you fail to develop.

Step 2:
Now visualize your write-up, then listen to your inner voice again, what is it telling you to do? Continue. Quit. Learn and all others you have different words for for each area of your life.

Step 3:
Now you have to take the difficult step of consciously acknowledging that this is what you want to become and where you want to go. Now act rightly or leave it to continue to torment your inner mind peace. You may as well know right here, that you can never have what you want until you work yourself into it and actually believe you will posses it.

We are in a changing world that is demanding new ideas, new ways of doing things, new teaching method, new inventory, new leaders and all other new demands. And back of all, there remain a quality which one must have to win, and that’s the knowledge of knowing what one want, and a burning desire to posses it.

B. Move from fear to action
"One isn’t necessary born with courage but one is born with
potentials. Without courage, we cannot practice any other
virtue with consistency…"
-Maya A.

"The block of granite which was an obstacle in the pathway
of the weak is a stepping stone in the pathway f the strong"
-Thomas Carlisle

"Determine to rise again because condemning yourself after
a failure is double failure and it is a mile to your grave"
- OMBP

"Courage is something you can never lose, because courage
is something you can always choose, nothing is impossible"
-Roberth H. Schuller.

"The most battle people loose is the battle, over fear of failure,
try… Start…Begin…and you’ll be assured, you won the first
round"
- Roberth H. Schuller.

This subtitle will look into the curse and the cure of fear.
Fear is the factor that crippled you from taking action. First It based you thoughts upon indecision which then crystallizes into doubt. This two factor blend and become fear, the process it apply is often show and so it is not always identify until it gained ground.

Fear is the number one killer of all motivation. All your motivation will disappear when you have fear inside you because your mind will be focusing on the fear that dominates you.
Is that fear which stops you from taken action real or an imagination- I mean a fear that you suddenly create in your mind
There are six basic type of fear taught by Napoleon Hill author of Think and Grow Rich, they are:
Fear of poverty
Fear of ill health
Fear of losing a love one
Fear of old age
Fear of death

Fear is the mind talks that prevent you from hearing your intuition. We fear what we don’t know, and that fear keeps us from being motivated every time without US realizing it ah all.
Man has absolute control over one thing, and that is thought. This is based on the fact that everything which man create begins in the form of a thought which metamorphous into action, it become clear to me that we create our fears as well as our dreams, and they happen just as we planned them to. Elbert Hubbord said, "Change your thinking and you instantly commence to change conditions around you"

You can learn more on fear by reading the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill.
One of the biggest fear is the fear of failure. This fear crippled you from trying again and again. It was Napoleon Hill who states that, "Every failure carries with it, in the circumstance itself, the seed of an equivalent benefit". Thomas Edison, the man who created the light bulb made 5000 mistakes before his invention come out successfully.

However, I believe that life without fear is not worth it. Let me elaborate further. Instead of ignoring the fear you have why not use it as a motivator to help you achieve a goal. Everybody is afraid both the successful and the unsuccessful but the successful people use the fear they have, they take action; they don’t standstill.

Few tips to ponder on:
1. Let the fear you have motivate you to take action; don’t get immobilized by fear.

2. If your fear is fear of failure, then hear this: when you fail you have not fail as a person but the circumstance that lead to it has; not you, so try again.

3. Remind yourself that if you allow this fear to control you, you will be doomed to a dull, lifeless, adventureless existence.

4. When you are face with fear of any thing; all you need to do is to plunged into it; believe me you will acquire additional knowledge and skill right there.

5. When you have a fear of doing something, for example if you wanted to quit your present job to become your own boss, then you have to start reading books and taking classes on how to start your own business. Also attends conference on that very subject and as well associate with successful people on that you admired field. All this will be enough to dispel the fear and you feel confident so that you will be able to take action.

Now how did you feel?
1. Motivated, balanced or any other
2. Does anything happen to your thoughts, actions and skill
3. Send a comment to help us serve you better
